MILLIE - Eternidad (2026)
Eternidad was born from the loss of Mili, one of the pets of MILLIE singer Mauricio Vidal, and from the guilt that can come with a goodbye when we feel we could not be there the way we wanted. What began as a personal story goes much further: grief takes different forms, but often shares the same emotions, missing, remembering, wondering what might have been and learning to live with absence.
Yet the song does not stay stuck in sadness, looking instead for a way to remember those who left their mark on us. Drawing on emo, pop punk and alternative rock, MILLIE delivers a song with emotion-laden guitars and direct lyrics that do not hide their vulnerability. The video, made by Boxer Films, brings together photos of pets sent in by fans, friends and family, turning this intimate story into a shared tribute.
Produced, mixed and mastered by Patricio Álvarez, Eternidad was released on 15 October 2026. It heralds Demasiado Tarde, the band’s debut album due in November 2026, largely written more than 8,900 kilometres apart, between Los Angeles and Santiago.
About the band
Formed in Santiago, Chile, in 2026, MILLIE are Mauricio Vidal (vocals, guitar), Pancho Rojas (guitar, backing vocals), Nicolás Mérida (bass) and Pipe Valdivieso (drums). The name pays tribute to Mili, whose loss inspired part of the project. The band released its first EP, XX/26, in March and made its live debut in August to a sold-out crowd.
