Faced with the inevitable, the character clings to what he holds most dear: his memories with Her, the one who freed him from his wounds. Only one wish remains, to relive just one moment with her, just one moment of his best life. A story that is both dark and luminous, wrapped in the band’s raw energy, groove and big riffs.

The song opens In Love We Burn, a four-track EP released on 11 September 2025 alongside Angel’s Calling, Queen of My Heart and And Now, and comes with an official music video on the band’s YouTube channel.

About the band

Formed in 2018 in La Rochelle, BURNING LIPS brings together four musicians around energetic, generous rock. On stage, the band reworks well-known songs its own way, with raw energy, groove and big riffs, and slips in its own compositions to turn up the heat.

With more than 60 shows under its belt across the Poitou-Charentes region, BURNING LIPS has played Cognac Blues Passions, St Med’Art Rock and the Crossroad in La Rochelle. A band built for live shows, with high-voltage energy and the urge to put on concerts as generous as its world.
