The Blue Marmalades - River (2026)
More than a year after the release of their first EP, the band makes a comeback with River, a new 6-track EP available on all platforms since February 13, 2026.
"We were eager to release a project that was a bit more coherent and polished than the previous one," the band comments.
"More mature in our recording approach, we decided to trust ourselves and produce everything in-house. Chris offered to handle the mixing and mastering. The recording was done in an intense 3-day session. Since we knew the songs by heart, we were able to enrich and rearrange them compared to the live versions. Two tracks, however, emerged during the studio phase following several discussions we had before the session."
The themes explored in this new EP are numerous and paint a picture of life’s realities: war, hope, love, mental health, nostalgia, beauty, and travel.
The influences on this EP are equally diverse—ranging from Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin to Black Sabbath and Rival Sons—so there’s definitely something for everyone!
