Five songs, five kinds of vertigo: the EP gathers Now, Ma Route, T’es plus là, Tais-toi and Vortex, five tracks that share one identity while exploring different colours.

Now opens the record with tense rock energy, carried by a clear voice and straightforward writing. Ma Route hardens the tone with heavier guitars and a strong grunge feel. T’es plus là plays on the gap between a catchy riff and lyrics about absence and loss, while Tais-toi, built around a hooky riff, takes aim at hypocrisy and harmful relationships. Finally, Vortex builds tension step by step up to an explosive finale, with ambition, drive and the fear of being swallowed by success running underneath.

In French as in English, AORENDA’s lyrics combine direct writing, strong images and a personal look at relationships and life paths, with the guitars up front. The release of Vertiges comes with four music videos, unveiled as the EP comes out.

About the band

Formed in 2023 in Châteaugiron, near Rennes, AORENDA brings together Morgane (vocals), Gaël (bass), Greg and Vincent (guitars) and Fred (drums): five musicians, five sensibilities, serving an original repertoire that comes fully alive on stage. Since 2025 the band has been gaining visibility on the regional scene, playing more and more gigs and festivals, from Spike Fest to the Festival des Terres Celtes, Festival Pav’Art and Thyroir. It was also shortlisted for Attrap’Son and the Festival du Roi Arthur.
